Legislative District 13

Nicholas Gonzales isn’t ready for the responsibility of representing Legislative District 13.

In 2021, he was ordered by the Maricopa County Superior Court to pay $5,462.51 in overdue child support. If he can’t be trusted to take care of his own family, can we trust him to represent ours?

Out-of-state special interests have ignored this concern and are bankrolling his campaign. Why? They care more about giving Democrats one-party control of state government in Arizona than they do getting the right representation for our District.

Here’s where Nicholas Gonzales stands on the issues:

Education

Endorsed by groups that oppose school choice for students including open enrollment, public charter schools, and empowerment scholarship accounts.

Border and Safety

Opposes the Secure the Border Act, which cracks down on harmful drugs from entering our state.

Works for an organization that supports sanctuary cities, which allow even illegal immigrants suspected of crimes to find shelter in Arizona.

Received over ten thousand dollars from an out-of-state group that advocates for liberal policies like Defunding the Police.
